Super-efficient Fresnel Dish Mirrors

Many modern solar technologies are using mirrors to concentrate the sun’s power, improving efficiency of the gathered energy. Parabolic Trough technology can produce up to 500:1 concentrations. Our focus is on applications 1000:1 and higher. Using technology developed for the mobile phone industry, and our large 5-axis machining capacity, we offer a 5m diameter parabolic Fresnel dish mirror/heliostat with thin glass surfaced reflectors for CSP/CPV applications.

Using a machined cast aluminum frame and glass reflectors, this is a high-end array for use in either long-life expectancy or difficult environmental conditions. In addition, the accuracy of our assemblies produce 95+% overall concentration efficiencies, beating the average fiberglass or aluminum + film solution by 20% or more.
