Inerjy is an engineering, development, and manufacturing company focused on technologies for clean energy proliferation. Our EcoVert mid-scale wind energy vertical-axis turbine product line is complemented by our cutting edge permanent generator. Our turbine designs will revolutionize the affordability, reliability, and site possibilities for medium sized wind projects in areas where “wind farms” are not practical. We are “the solution” for communities, schools, industries, islands and government agencies who want to take the lead with a financially sound wind energy project.

We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Automatic Manufacturing Systems, Inc., a Florida corporation. Inerjy as a company evolved from our core competencies in extremely high technology robotic manufacturing machinery development, combined with our passion for energy independence and making a cleaner environment for the world. The parent company was founded in 1991 and has evolved from Test Systems Engineering, to robotic high-accuracy film placement manufacturing, to Inerjy, our subsidiary totally focused on renewable energy products and projects.

Our mission at Inerjy is to provide renewable energy conversion systems and subsystems that, through innovative engineering, offer a competitive advantage in their respective markets.

This has led us to our current product development of EcoVert, a mid-scale and small-scale vertical axis wind turbine system that will revolutionize the affordability, reliability, and site possibilities for medium sized wind projects in areas where “wind farms” are not practical. We are an experienced and highly capable engineering team determined to build a robust wind turbine that will be affordable, low maintenance in the field, and provide financial return for projects in areas not able to invest in the larger “wind farm” model.

We have been 100% invested in quality since 1991 and that continues today in our Inerjy wind turbine development. Vertical integration and rigorous internal procedures ensure outstanding quality and reliability of our equipment. Our experienced team includes mechanical, electrical, and software engineers; technicians; machinists; assemblers; finance and administration staff.

We are a culturally and technically diverse company, a true strength in the complex engineering areas in which we excel. • Computer and Microcontroller Software Programming using all forms of C, Basic, and Assembly languages
• Multi-Axis CNC Milling and Turning to 18m³ work envelope
• Electrical, Electronic, and Mechanical assembly: 15,000ft² of dedicated assembly area with overhead crane access and room for expansion
• Reaction-Injection Molding with a broad array of polymers
• Inspection using conventional means, lasers, and cameras: 4 certified Cognex® Vision Integration Engineers on staff
• Robotic assembly to micron-level accuracy
